Customer Service Coordinator After Sales Department – Sales Support Division

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our After Sales department for a dynamic, enthusiastic and outgoing person to provide industry leading Customer Service for all Yamaha Motor products. Working alongside another experienced Customer Services Coordinator, you will respond to telephone and email enquiries, resolving queries by making considered decisions, whilst maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty to the brand.

You will also provide support to the other areas within the department, including Warranty, Technical and Parts & Accessories. The successful applicant will need to be proactive and motivated, with previous experience working in a similar role and it is expected that you will live within a reasonable commuting distance of Yamaha UK’s HQ near Woking. You will need to have exemplary communication skills, be able to remain calm under pressure, be a team player and hold good computer literacy skills. Previous experience of a motor brand would be a benefit. Occasional travel including attendance at national shows and other promotional events will be expected. A full car licence is essential and a motorcycle licence would be desirable.
