What we want

We have four roles that need to be filled by candidates that possess exceptional character, in depth knowledge and skills that set them apart from the competition to join an office full of likeminded passionate people. The job descriptions are varied, some span both brands, but at their core is a person who displays the fundamental ethos of KTM as a company – Ready To Race.

Customer Service Advisor

You’ll handle KTM and Husqvarna customer enquiries. A technical understanding of modern motorcycles is required, preferably with a technical working background.

Main Responsibilities

  • Responding to inbound communication from customers
  • Implement a structured procedure for customer enquiries received
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all customer contacts
  • Report on open customer enquiries to the customer service manager
  • Develop an information portfolio for commonly asked questions
  • Process Motorcycle,  Parts, Garments and Accessory  warranty claims
