Exciting new sales position within the ATV Market £25000 - £50000/annum OTE £45,000 uncapped commission Camberley, Surrey

If you sell for the relationship rather than just your sales target then very quickly you develop accounts that know, like and trust you. 

Repeat that process and you do rather well in the UK, keep doing that and you could do that globally too.

We have successfully built one globally successful sales-led business selling products into the go-karting market.

The next stop is the ATV market. Your initial role is an outbound telesales role. It kind of means that you have to be confident picking up a phone and asking a few great questions to effect sales but you'll know this already after your previous work experiences. You will then have the scope to be a key part of our future growth plans. If you want to develop that to a global mega brand then we will put in the layers of support and funding to get there. But don't underestimate the power of still picking a phone up and creating some sales.

You'll work from our offices here in Camberley; Mon - Fri 9.30-6.00. You'll be in amongst a busy telesales team to bounce off and keep spirits high.

You're likely to be:

  • Driven, self-motivated, likeable with the ability to sell and account manage
  • Used to earning a fantastic salary
  • Coachable
  • Ready for a long-term challenge to create success in your life and our company
  • Motivated to think differently and open to learning
  • Knowledge of hard parts (motorcycle/ATV/MX)
