  • Over-seeing the Sales, Workshop, Clothing, PCA departments, reporting weekly/monthly on sales progress against historical sales and targets. 

  • Outlining a strategy to create turnover/profit in a competitive market. • Operating marketing, reviews, overheads and Human Resources with the current office staff. 

  • Reporting back to the owners on all aspects on a monthly basis. 

  • Being not afraid to take decisions on or implement changes for the benefit of the company. 

  • This new role is to develop the current sales of approximately 450 motorcycles per year and a successful PCA and workshop sales by a highly respected family branded shop established in 1981. 

  • Number 1 priority has to be the customer, their journey and the fact that we need them to return time and time again. 

It goes without saying, keeping a workforce motivated and challenged in these changing times. We would welcome candidates to apply for such a role, based on to be discussed a salary and bonus payments, the role will need a good understanding of the motorcycle trade, HR practices and accounting procedures. 

You will be supported by an After-Sales manager, Parts and Workshop Manager and two office staff to help you fulfil your roles. 

Flexible working is available for this full-time role and it will be expected that a caring candidate would complete the jobs needed to fulfil the role to the satisfaction of the owner who will monitor the shop's progress. Circa £50K wages and bonus, fuel allowance and generous holiday allowances for the correct and conscientious candidate with full support from the current owners.
