We’re looking for an exceptional leader to oversee and develop our motorcycle marketing strategy from our HQ based in Branksome, Poole, Dorset. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing strategies that strengthen the Company’s market share and consumer awareness both at home and abroad.
Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, this role encompasses control over brand activation in this channel, positioning and leading innovative communication tactics to spread the word about our growing product range. 
As a high-profile leader of the brand within the business, you will play an important role in generating and reinforcing excitement from consumers through your strategic vision.
Full time / 39 hrs Monday - Thursday 0830 - 1730, and early finish at 1630 on Fridays

  • Implement a cohesive global motorcycle marketing strategy to raise awareness and generate sales for the company
  • Work with our digital, PR, events & social team to implement both online and offline marketing activities, executing engaging campaigns around new product launches, corporate promotion etc.
  • Identify target markets and develop techniques to communicate effectively with them
  • Monitor and benchmark progress, submitting performance reports to the Marketing Director / wider management team
  • Develop high-level strategic partnerships with organizations and athletes to maximize messaging power
  • Keep abreast of marketing trends in the wider motorcycle industry and report on competitor movements where appropriate
  • Liaise with internal departments such as sales and operations
  • Oversee budget and allocate resources amongst projects
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Comprehensive global brand building knowledge
  • Be an experienced marketer with a an understand of digital, including social media and referral programs
  • Comfortable being accountable in a results driven role
  • Excellent communicator, both internally and externally
  • Desire to be a champion for the consumer
  • Experience working within a budget; creative in making resources “go that extra mile”
