Reporting to Senior Brand Manager
Job Purpose
As Motorcycle Product Specialist, you will be responsible for the professional promotion and support of all Motodirect brands through our key independent and multiple accounts. The primary focus will be on sales and product training ensuring the continued growth of our brands within the motorcycle retail network. 
Key Responsibilities and Accountability
  • 6 week call cycle for your identified multiple stores (8 visits per year)
  • In store training across all brands, leading to all staff being familiar and confident selling Motodirect products
  • Assisting with merchandising, correct POS placement and use and striving to have Motodirect products prime positioning in-store
  • Offering direct warranty and sales support, by being first point of contact for all major issues.
  • Building long term relationships with store managers and staff
  • Feeding back information via monthly activity reports to the Senior Brand Manager with content focusing on driving sales, reacting to competitors and future product and marketing needs.
  • Fixing problems and issues in a prompt manner
  • Offering a higher overall level of service and support than any of our competitors
  • Support Motodirect commitments with the Ron Haslam Race School, BSB Race Service & Dealer Open Days. Event schedule to be defined and agreed with Race Dept.
  • Support Account Managers as and when required in support of Motodirect’s sales and marketing activities.
  • Support Motodirect’s commitments at various shows and events throughout the year i.e. Motorcycle Live, Autosport Show, International Dirtbike Show and Trade Expo
