Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Specialist for our KTM sales showroom to join our busy and highly successful team working with one of the UK motorcycle market's top brands.

You should already have sales experience from within an automotive retail environment as a Sales Executive together with a proven track record of success.

Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:

• To manage and develop new and used motorcycle sales enquiries.
• To sell accessories and clothing as an addition to the sales process.
• To maximise the sale and profitability of all new and used motorcycle sales using every tool at your disposal.
• To ensure that all key performance indicators and target objectives are met.
• To maximise the sale of finance and insurance products together with clothing & accessories as part of the sale process.
• To maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times.
• Using established follow up & prospecting systems, maximise customer loyalty and retention.
• To assist management in maintaining and developing showroom policy and procedures.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in the automotive industry as a Sales Executive.

Possess a good business acumen and FCA Accreditation would be desirable.

Essential
It is essential that candidates should possess a can-do attitude and a willingness to improve and learn. You must be target driven and the sort of person who has an outstanding record of sales achievement. A passion for all things two wheels is also a must.

A full bike and car license are essential.

Open Hours: Tuesday to Saturday from 9am – 5.00pm, with some weekend events from time to time
Job Type: Full-time,
Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
