£25000-£30,000 per annum

We are looking for an experienced Parts & Service Manager who will be able to bring their passion and enthusiasm for Aftersales into a leading motorcycle franchised dealership. This is a demanding role but for the right candidate a highly rewarding one also. Duties include but are not exclusive to:

  • The smooth and efficient running of a busy Parts & Service Department, ensuring that the department provides the best possible service to our customers
  • Responsibility for ensuring that the workshop environment is efficiently loaded and operating at the highest level.
  • Organising all data capture to ensure that our customers are communicated with effectively and every opportunity for selling service work and promoting the activity of the Parts & Service department is fully maximised.
  • Making sure all warranty claims are handled effectively and to the satisfaction of our customers and that warranty work is completed on time by the workshop.
  • Making sure that Aftersales CSI scores reflect the expectations of the business and manufacturer.
  • Developing and maximising every opportunity for the sale of parts & accessories.
  • Recruit, select, train and develop staff as required.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of Aftersales management in either the motorcycle or automotive industries.

You must be self motivated and able to manage your time and others effectively and lead by example.


  • A passion for motorcycles is an absolute must as is the ability to lead by example and deliver results.
  • Good technical knowledge of motorcycles together with the ability to communicate clearly with both the workshop and customers.
  • A full motorcycle and driving licence.
  • Ability to work weekends.

Experience as a motorcycle technician.
