Reporting to the National Aftersales Manager. Field-based role within South-West region.

Piaggio UK is seeking an experienced candidate with Technical knowledge of the Motorcycle industry. This field-based role provides a high level of support and service to the Network via dealer visits, training and remote management.

The ideal candidate must have a thorough understanding of technical, mechanical, electrical and diagnostic principles, professional presentation, and possess good commercial awareness together with a common-sense approach.


  • Leadership of technical staff, duties and activities within the Dealership Network
  • Dealer training – planning, developing and delivering technical courses to address both existing needs and introducing new technologies within the product range
  • Assisting the Dealers as requested or required on Technical or systems queries
  • Management of any Aftersales issues arising from Customer Services or as raised directly by the Dealer
  • Managing Brand KPIs within each Territory

Candidate Experience
The ideal candidate must have:

  • Thorough understanding of technical, mechanical, electrical and diagnostic principles
  • Professional personal presentation and manner
  • Good commercial awareness together with a common-sense approach
  • Awareness of Legal responsibilities including Consumer law
  • Effective communication skills at all levels both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated and dynamic in your approach to business, with the ability to work under your own initiative
  • Excellent organisational and influencing skills
  • Computer literate
