£23k - £27k dependent on experience.

In this role you will be integrated into a dynamic team that have a love for all things bike. Your primary tasks will be to negotiate financial settlements and purchase damaged motorcycles. A confident phone manner is a must, along with a can-do attitude. Other essential qualities required are a passion for motorcycles, the ability to learn quickly, IT literacy and strong customer service skills. Training will be given to right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate financial settlement for client vehicles
  • Contact clients and negotiate a purchase price for their damaged vehicle
  • Provide accurate market valuations
  • HPI vehicles to ascertain finance status (Decide on best course of action to take if finance outstanding)
  • Authorise repairs based on estimates and images provided
  • Request and receive vehicle documents where applicable
  • Procurement of replacement motorcycles
  • Produce engineers reports
  • Actively chase salvage vehicle clearance
  • Assist clients in raising valuation disputes where applicable
  • Liaise with internal accounts department to resolve finance queries and send payment requests


  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • An understanding of motor insurance claims processes
  • Ability to work under pressure autonomously
  • A broad knowledge of motorcycle makes, models and values
  • Passion & enthusiasm to make a difference
