Kawasaki Motors UK are looking for someone with a strong technical background to join our team in the Technical and Customer Service Group.

The successful candidate will be able to apply their knowledge and experience to provide technical advice to our authorised dealer network and end users of our products by telephone, letter and email. In addition, the role includes but is not limited to the day-to-day administration of warranty claims submitted by our dealer network.

Main Tasks:

  • Give technical advice to dealers and end users of all product groups including diagnosing technical issues.
  • Day to day administration of the warranty system.
  • Adjudication of warranty claims.
  • Identifying and reporting any trends of a technical nature.
  • Provide detailed reports from our warranty database.
  • Publish technical bulletins to our dealer network.
  • Answering and resolving customer enquiries.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Has a strong technical background in the motorcycle, automotive or agricultural machinery sectors.
  • Has good communication skills verbally and in writing.
  • Is customer focussed.
  • Can adapt to new or unknown circumstances and is committed to own development.
  • Team player who can also work individually.

Essential:

  • Able to be office based with some occasional travel.

Desirable:

  • Full car and motorcycle licence.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
  • Hands on experience of Kawasaki Products.
  • Understanding of warranty systems and procedures.
