Job Description:

The role involves control of all aspects of the Service Department, including the Service desk, answering telephone service calls, processing all customer service, repair and warranty work, coordinating with the Motorcycle Sales & Accessories teams and administering the Technician’s daily schedules whilst maximising parts, accessories and labour sales.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience of running a busy service environment would be ideal but is not essential.

You must however have a proven track record of succeeding in a supervisory, technical, administrative role, ideally gained in a high pressure customer-facing environment.  You must also be computer literate, commercially aware and have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. The ideal candidate will also have the ability to get the best out of a knowledgeable, skilled team of Technicians, whilst offering excellent customer service and ensuring the efficient, smooth running of a professional, tidy Service Department.

  • Ideally you will hold a full UK Motorcycle Licence, although this is not essential. 
  • You must be a confident communicator and self-starter with a flexible can-do attitude.
  • You will have a good attention to detail with a basic technical understanding of modern motorcycles.
