AMERICAN TRIUMPH SUPREMO OUT

Greg Heichelbech, chief executive of Triumph’s US operation, has abruptly vacated his post.

A statement issued by the company’s public relations director Matt O’Connor says: “Greg has left his position as CEO of Triumph Motorcycles of America. Matt Sheehan, our COO, Don Carleo, our CFO, continue to lead Triumph Motorycycles of America. Triumph thanks Greg for his service and wishes him every future success.”

O’Connor refused to provide any other details relating to Heichelbech’s departure. He added that there is no immediate search for a replacement chief executive as Sheahan and Carleo will absorb his responsibilities.

Heichelbech joined Triumph nearly four years ago after an eight-year career at Harley-Davidson, culminating in a role as director of dealer development.
