Nine opportunities to ride at Motorcycle Live

Motorcycle Live 2016 is not just about seeing the shiny new models on display, but actually climbing on board and riding a bike, the organisers point out. This year there are nine free live features for show-goers.

The world’s leading motorcycle manufacturers will be making a range of popular models available to try in the Test Ride Zone supported by Shoei, Sidi and Spada, while a new feature will provide yet more riding opportunities thanks to Ducati, KTM, Honda and Triumph – details are to be revealed soon.

The ACU Try Trials feature will give show visitors 15-minute try-out sessions and the industry’s Get On initiative will be running the Two Wheel Taster for those new to biking. Yamaha will be bringing the Dark Side MT Tour to the NEC, while BMW Motorrad will be running its GS Experience demo and Harley-Davidson will return with its Jumpstart feature.

Youngsters will also be kept busy on the Kuberg MX Experience and the Kiddimoto Children’s Fun Track.

Motorcycle Live 2016 takes place at the NEC, Birmingham, from 19-27 November. Advance tickets are on sale now, priced at £19.50 per adult, £12 for Seniors, £1 for 11-16 year olds and free for children aged 10 and under (accompanied by a paying adult). There is also a £25 advance ticket, which includes entry to the show and a Spada bag worth £29.99.
