triumph launches bloor-signed Americas

Triumph has unveiled two limited edition cruisers which will boast boss John Bloor’s signature on the certificate of authenticity.

The 25 America bikes (available from mid-February) and 25 America LTs (available from late February) have been produced in association with custom paint shop 8 Ball and will come in an eye-catching tangerine and New England White, with the LTs displaying a distinctive sky blue and New England White finish.

Both bikes are powered by an air-cooled, DOHC, parallel-twin 865cc engine. The LT has a scalloped seat, wide footboards and pulled back handlebars. With  pillion back rest/sissy bar, it adds a layer of touring capability to ease those longer distance journeys.

Triumph UK sales manager, Bruno Tagliaferri, commented: “Special edition models are always well received and we are delighted to bring another short-run selection to our customers. For both of the models, we have chosen unique colours to help the bike stand out and make them truly individual.”

The America is available for an OTR price of £7839, with the LT available at £8399.
