We have an opening for a Motorcycle Sales & Showroom Manager to join our successful sales team. Sales and management experience would be required and a confident, driven individual who is willing to learn and work hard. The successful candidate will be joining our dynamic sales team where delivering excellence to our customers is key.
Ideal Candidate
- A can-do attitude with a willingness to learn is key
- Excellent communication skills (face to face, written and telephone)
- Customer focused with attention to detail
- Ability to persuade and negotiate
- Able to organise and prioritise own workload with minimal supervision
- Excellent administration skills
Desirable
Knowledge of the motor trade in a management setting, running and maintaining a retail outlet, preparing finance documentation and experience of the Yamaha brand.
The ability to work Saturdays and a motorcycle licence.
Benefits
- £40-60K per year depending on experience
- 24 days paid holiday plus bank holidays. Closed over the Christmas period.
- 5 day working week.
