MIDDLE EASTERN MARKETING PUSH BY HARLEY

Harley-Davidson has appointed the Dubai-based creative communications agency Spark to boost its presence in 17 markets across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

Spark, which is part of Dubai’s Publinet Group, will provide a range of marketing services to Harley, including press relations, product launches and brand campaigns. It won the account after a competitive pitch against four other agencies.

Commenting on this appointment, Harley-Davidson MENA regional marketing manager Elsa Abi Nader said: “Spark was selected as the winner based on the quality of their ideas and the fact that effective team work was clearly reflected in their pitch. Each member of the team was involved in the presentation of ideas and what came over with their creative concepts and in-depth appreciation of our brand was their passion. Harley-Davidson is a name that generates a strong emotional pull and our partnership with Spark is one that will drive it forward in the region.”
