motus motorcycle chief meets trump in white house

Motus motorcycle company of Birmingham, Alabama, was invited to the East Room of the White House to attend an American small business event.

Motus was chosen by the Alabama chapter of America’s Small Business Development Centre to attend the event, “The Engine of the American Dream”.

In attendance were President Donald J Trump, daughter Ivanka Trump, small business administrator Linda McMahon, White House staff, US senators and representatives, and small business representatives from every state in the country.

Although he says his company is “politically agnostic”, Motus CEO Lee Conn, pictured, said it was “good to hear a proactive and aggressive approach to issues facing small businesses in the US”.

Agenda items at the event included the implementation of campaign promises with regard to corporate taxes, industry regulations, and health care.

Conn said Ivanka Trump was very inspiring. He was impressed with her experience growing up in the entrepreneurial world and working as a businesswoman with children.
