All-out Warr's between harley dealers

From hidden headlights to unique paintwork, creative exhaust placement to fabricated panels – 30 one-off motorcycles have been revealed in the 2016 Battle of the Kings customisation challenge.

For the second year running, all authorised Harley-Davidson UK and Ireland dealerships are going head-to-head to prove their customisation mettle. All are vying for the national title of Custom King and the chance to steal the crown from last year’s inaugural Battle of the Kings UK winner, Warr’s Harley-Davidson (King’s Road). The victor will represent their country in the Europe, Middle East and Africa grand final to be held at Wheels & Waves in June.

Custom experts at each dealership have been working on transforming a standard Sportster® Iron 883™ into a unique machine. A capped maximum retail value of £12,995 means that creativity and originality have been the best tools at their disposal.

The final bikes can be viewed at along with build details and interviews with the bike builders. Inspiration has been taken from popular custom genres including café racers, bobbers, Brat-style and flat trackers, but every creation, like all dealer customised Harley-Davidson bikes, has its own unique appeal stamped into the build.

A top-five shortlist will be chosen by the public, who have until 18 April to vote, then the winner will be chosen at the Bike Shed London show, 27-29 May, by an independent judging panel.
