B&C EXPRESS TAKEOVER

Netherlands-based Powersports Distribution Group (PDG) has acquired well-known motorcycle trade parts and accessories distributor B&C Express. The company, which is located near Potterhanworth in Lincolnshire, will join Hoco Parts UK — made up of the former Bradbury Brothers, Rob Hunter and Neo Distribution businesses— in PDG’s British portfolio.

Commenting on the purchase, B&C Express director and former owner Mark Fenwick said: “We look forward to working together with our staff and the Hoco Parts UK team under the umbrella of PDG. This a great opportunity for us. It will strengthen the position of all our brands and help us to offer an even greater service to our existing dealer base.”

PDG chief executive Tom Beyers added: “The acquisition of B&C Express is another important step in the further development of our Hoco Parts UK platform, which we are actively and continuously expanding.”

Trading across Europe under the Hoco Parts, Motorcycle Storehouse, DC AFAM and CMS banners, PDG is majority-owned by private equity firm Torqx Capital Partners, in partnership with management and former owners.
