Bransons celebrates 40 years of trading

Leading South-West motorcycle dealer Bransons is celebrating 40 years of trading in 2019 and is hosting a special weekend including a BBQ and refreshments on 18/19 May at its HQ on Pen Mill Trading Estate, Yeovil.

As well as celebratory 40th anniversary deals on bikes, clothing and accessories, Bransons  – which holds franchises for Honda, Yamaha and Kawasaki – is holding a raffle with a first prize of a brand-new Yamaha PW50 kid’s off-road bike worth £1499.

The weekend is also being billed as the ideal opportunity for anyone looking for riding instruction as Bransons is offering Training School Try-Out Sessions across the weekend. The business – which stocks more than 300 new and used bikes (selling over 900 in 2018) across all makes – opened its popular rider training school three years ago and offers CBT (Compulsory Basic Training) Mod 1, Mod 2 and Direct Access. An instructor and a training room is available seven days a week and Bransons supplies the helmets and protective clothing and ensures the rider has the latest model of bike to use.

The anniversary weekend will showcase demonstrator fleets from Honda, Yamaha, and Kawasaki as well as classic bikes. There will also be a Honda Display Unit and a fleet of Hondas will be available for ride-outs on both days.

Sunday will include an Africa Twin Owners’ Day and riders are invited along to celebrate and meet other owners, receive special discounts on parts and accessories and enjoy a free bacon roll and coffee.
