carole nash acquires Ageas books

Carole Nash has bought the motorcycle insurance books of Ageas Retail Limited.

Effective from 1 June, the deal will see the motorbike books for Express, Kwik Fit Insurance and Green Insurance Company brands transfer to Carole Nash.

The move will result in the Manchester-based specialist insurance brokers Carole Nash taking on about 20,000 new policies, which will be managed by the existing Carole Nash team but remain under the Express Insurance Services brand name to ensure a seamless transition for customers.

David Newman, Carole Nash’s CEO, commented: “This is a deal that we’re certainly very pleased to have concluded. Yet another coup for our business, it’s also a fresh statement of our intent to continue to lead the sector through growth in our specialist space and ongoing product innovation.”
