Dunlop moves to Shoei

Following the news that Michael Dunlop will join the factory Honda TT Legends team, comes the news that he has elected to wear a Shoei X-Spirit II helmet as his new choice of head protection.

Twenty-three year-old Dunlop already has three TT wins under his belt in the 600cc and Supersport classes. Now he has his sights set on snatching the Superbike TT title and becoming the first rider to topple new team-mate John McGuiness’ nine-year premier class reign.

“We’re delighted to have this opportunity to work with Michael and believe it’s something of a coup that he has chosen us. Working alongside our roster of already great championship riders Michael will be providing us with great feedback on our racing helmets performance,” confirmed Steve Clifford, Feridax sales director.
