ENTHUSIASTS GATHER FOR ANNUAL GOLDWING EVENT

Despite the very cold weather, nearly 200 enthusiasts gathered at Colin Appleyard’s motorcycle dealership in Keighley, West Yorkshire, on Sunday 14 April for the company’s annual Goldwing Open Day.

The event, now in its 27th year and renowned for being one of the largest of its kind, attracted owners from all over the country who proudly rode and displayed a collection of more than 100 Goldwings and trikes.

One of the largest gatherings of its kind, Colin Appleyard’s Goldwing Day has always been one of the main events to get the touring season off to a flying start.

MD Robin Appleyard said: “The day always proves popular and it was fantastic to see so many familiar faces returning to the dealership on what turned out to be a very cold spring day.”

Established in 1971, Colin Appleyard is one of the North’s premier multi-franchise motorcycle dealerships selling new and used bikes plus parts and accessories both in store and online. Family owned and family run, the company also has a further five dealerships in West Yorkshire and Manchester, selling Suzuki, Nissan and Subaru cars.
