Kawasaki and Dickies team up to find UK Worker of Year

Only the lucky few don’t have to work to keep the wolf from the door but now – thanks to Dickies and Kawasaki – workers or their colleagues can be nominated as “UK Worker of the Year 2015”. This is a national competition that was set up by workwear market leaders, Dickies and it’s now in its sixth year.

With a first prize of a totally unique Dickies liveried Ninja 300 or £5000 in holiday vouchers and other fabulous prizes for the other finalists, the annual competition is bound to attract lots of entries.

The winner not only gets the amazing prize mentioned, but can go on to grab an amazing £100,000 by attending the final round of the MCE BSB Championship at Brands Hatch and correctly predict the finishing places from first to sixth from the second BSB race of the weekend. It might sound impossible but the UK WOTY 2014 winner correctly predicted five out of six places! Close but no cigar… as they say!

As Mark Spiller of Kawasaki Motors UK explains: “Entries are open now and the nomination process is really simple. So either highlight someone else or have the chance of a windfall for yourself.”

Maurice Morton, sales and marketing director at Dickies, said: “We are delighted to have Kawasaki on board as our associate sponsor, and thank the manufacturer for providing us with such a fabulous prize. It is set to be the biggest competition so far.”
