latest on rav roll-out

The Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) has announced a revised roll out plan for the introduction of the new web-based first registrations system, RaV, which is to replace the Automated First Registration and Licensing (AFRL) Web system.

Following a short delay, the service is now starting to be rolled out in the car sector and discussions have already taken place with MCIA about the roll out for the motorcycle sector which is set to take place in the April.

Senior DVLA staff will be on hand in the Knowledge Shop at Expo next week (20-22 January, Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire) to explain the service and roll-out plans to visiting dealers as well as fielding any queries on other motorcycle registration matters.

Tickets for Expo, Europe’s largest trde-only business fair, are still available for collection on the door.
