Insurance broker MCE has appointed Paul Ormiston as claims director, a new board-level role responsible for all aspects of claims. Ormiston has more than 25 years of insurance industry experience, most recently as global head of claims performance and governance at Australian giant QBE.
An active member of the Chartered Management Institute, Paul has extensive experience managing digitisation projects. “MCE has the technology in place to transform customer satisfaction at the point when they need it most – when they have a claim. I’m excited to be given the opportunity to lead the development of that process,” said Ormiston.
