MCN revs up for the summer with a 'bold new look'

Motorcycle News has undergone a revamp in time for the summer biking season.

The newspaper features “exciting new content, a fresh layout and an updated logo”. The first issue appeared on Wednesday 18 June.

“MCN has just got better,” said editor Andy Calton. “With new elements to entice readers and a real emphasis on what it’s like to own and run a bike in Britain today, MCN has never been so in touch with UK motorcyclists.”

The new-look MCN has “more insightful news stories and even more comprehensive tests, while the personalities that make motorcycling great shine through in every issue”.

“With a vast array of extra supplements and extras planned throughout the year, we’re confident that our current readers will find the paper even better value and that we’ll be able to attract new ones,” Calton added.

MCN’s commercial director, Gareth Ashman, said: “We are very excited about MCN’s fresh new look and the opportunity that it gives to advertisers.

“The changes reflect what’s going on in the UK bike market right now and will look great for customers both in print and our fast-growing digital editions.”

The MCN relaunch will be supported with a print and digital campaign spanning the Bauer Media motorcycling portfolio and beyond.

The new look Motorcycle News went on sale on Wednesday 18 June priced £2.10.
