NEW PREMISES FOR GROWING YORKSHIRE DEALERSHIP

Shipley-based Triumph and Ducati dealer Cobb and Jagger Motorcycles has bought a prominent former Vauxhall car showroom site from commercial developer Eshton, to support its expansion plans. This much larger Salt Mills Road location is close to Cobb and Jagger’s current premises on Saltaire Road.

Commenting on the transaction, Eshton managing director James Chapman said: “When it comes to motorcycles, Cobb and Jagger is a household name in Yorkshire and we’re delighted to have provided a facility that gives this family-run dealership a perfectly-suited base to support growth ambitions and expand its product offer to customers. Shipley’s major regeneration over recent years provides huge potential to Cobb and Jagger and its surrounding occupiers.”

“Our focus isn’t just to attract new occupiers into a location, but to provide properties for local organisations that may have outgrown their current premises or need a new site that meets their changing needs. Shipley’s major regeneration over recent years provides huge potential to Cobb and Jagger.”
