North-West Honda team reaches world final

A team from North-West Honda Motorcycles has won through to the next round of a competition designed to inspire business improvement.

A Honda Circles team, In-Line 4, comprising Neil Morris, Barry Todd, Iain Black, and Damian Brog, won the Eur-Afr-East Honda Circles Convention held in Budapest, Hungary, and progresses to the world convention in Brazil.

Honda Circles is an initiative for dealer and manufacturer teams to present ideas to improve the business.

Morris, manager at North-West Honda Motorcycles, said that, having been selected to represent the Cox Motor Group, which has car and motorcycle dealerships across the North-West, the team prepared a presentation focusing “improving our quality of sale” in the group’s three motorcycle showrooms.

“The competition was incredibly strong, but the team remained confident and maintained their attention to doing their very best when it counted,” Morris wrote in a blog.

“We will now savour the experience of travelling to a country none of us has visited before. Maybe you will be reading about another victory very soon!”

The Cox Group has branches in at Blackpool, Kendal, Lancaster, Southport and Wigan and employs close to 300 people.
