The prized Triumph dealer of the year award was presented to Norfolk Triumph at the manufacturer’s annual dealer season launch event. The East Anglian dealership took top spot following its high scores across a number of key areas, including its high standards of customer satisfaction, sales volume, servicing, investment in employee training and facilities excellence.

Special mentions were given to Total Triumph Taunton for winning both Clothing Dealer of the Year and Service Dealer of the Year Award. Dave Death Motorcycles also earned a special mention for taking home the Accessories Dealer of the Year Award and Service Parts Dealer of the Year.

A total of 14 awards were collected on the night, based on a scorecard for performance across a series of key performance indicators.

Paul Lilly, general manager, Triumph UK & Ireland, said: “Our 2019 dealer season launch event was once again a great success and the perfect way to celebrate the achievements of our dealer partners throughout the UK. Congratulations go to the team at Norfolk Triumph for their deserved Dealer of the Year award, as well as to all of our winners on the night. We look forward to continued success in the year ahead.”

Apprentice of the Year: Levi White – Jack Lilley Ashford

Technician of the Year: Chris Power – Bulldog Triumph

Service Dealer of the Year: Total Triumph Taunton

Clothing Dealer of the Year: Total Triumph Taunton

Accessories Dealer of the Year: Dave Death Motorcycles

Service Parts Dealer of the Year: Dave Death Motorcycles

Most Improved Dealer of the Year: Pidcock Triumph
