Getting stubborn grime off of motorcycle wheels can be hard work. Hoping to make it an easier task, Muc-Off has launched a new colour-changing cleaning fluid that claims to remove tough and baked-on contamination. The formula is thick enough to cling onto surfaces to give a longer cleaning process, and reacts with iron particles and brake dust to become purple, giving a visual indication of it actually working. Muc-Off says its Wheel Cleaner is suitable for anodised, painted and polished rims, and will dissolve brake dust, road salt deposits and flicked-off chain lube. It comes in a 500ml pump-action spray bottle for an SRP of £12, or a workshop-focused 25-litre drum for commercial use.
