A new Bluetooth headset from Sena, the 60X packs all the firm’s top-end tech into a compact and slim case that comes with four interchangeable covers to match or contrast as desired. Speaker specialist Bose provides its Elite Sound system, which claims to give an “immersive audio experience”, and is tuned specifically for motorcycle use, using AI-based noise cancellation to make music and conversations clear. Mesh Intercom 3.0 means the unit can create a higher-quality local network for groups of riders, and there is also Wave Intercom, which uses the mobile phone networks to provide connections across virtually unlimited distances. The case has an IPX7 rating for water and dust protection, and is magnetic for quick swapping between helmets – there are two mounting kits in the box. It’s also got a new glove-friendly joystick control, and wireless charging. SRP is £359.99.
