With Feridax recently taking on sole UK distribution rights for the Sena range of motorcycle comms systems, the Halesowen firm has now also added Sena’s range of smart motorcycle helmets. The Outlander is an adventure style helmet with a composite fibreglass shell, tool-free removable peak and front and rear lights. It’s fitted with a fully integrated comms system which has Mesh 3.0 for group chats among riders up to 1.2 miles apart, and Wave Intercom, which uses the mobile networks for communication over almost any distance and to any brand of Bluetooth headset. Harmon Kardon 40mm speakers provide the sound, and the rechargeable battery gives up to 20 hours of talk time. It comes in black or white with contrasting graphics for an SRP of £459.
