Harley UK backs charity hairdresser run

Harley-Davidson UK and Ireland is one of the sponsors of the inaugural Barbersride, a charity motorcycle run to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital and The Lions Barber Collective.

The ride-out was conceived and planned by Colin Petrie, Harley-Davidson enthusiast and owner of barbershop Hard Grind. It begins 22 July and involves an international collection of barbers and 25 guest riders riding 500 miles from Dundee to London.

As well as collecting donations en route, evening stop-overs will feature barber seminars from invited speakers and after-ride parties. Most of the Barbersride organising team are Harley-Davidson fans and will be riding their Harleys for the planned route.
