MCN announces industry awards

MCN has announced the winners of its annual awards, recognising the best of biking in 2014 across manufacturers, products and dealers.

Editor Andy Calton says “MCN takes these annual awards incredibly seriously because it’s important to highlight the positive aspects of motorcycling, and it’s also a reflection of what riders and MCN readers think.”

He adds “The companies that build the bikes also relish receiving an MCN accolade because they know it’s a sign that they’ve pitched a brilliant bike just right. Wander around dealers and Motorcycle Live at the NEC and you’ll see the MCN No. 1 logo all over the place because winners are rightly proud of their achievement.

“This year has seen an army of brilliant new bikes which have helped boost sales. After several years of declining new bike sales, this year has seen a massive turnaround and these awards celebrate that success.”
