MotoDirect adapts to help dealers

MotoDirect remains open for business and this is particularly useful for businesses and services who are supporting key workers.  Operations at MotoDirect have been adapted to help dealers, by offering a drop ship facility across the portfolio of brands – RST, Arai, AGV, Wolf and Motul lubricants. This ensures MotoDirect dealers can continue to keep supporting their customers and saves on reshipping time and costs.

How the MotoDirect drop ship scheme works:

  1. Dealer takes phone or online order and payment from customer.

  2. The dealer then places an order on our B2B ordering portal and changes the shipping address to the customer’s address.

  3. The order is then fulfilled in our warehouse and shipped out on behalf of the dealer to the buyer’s address.

  4. Contact free delivery – The carriers MotoDirect are using are offering a contact free delivery option upon delivery, the carriers ask for the recipient’s name and signing on their behalf with COVID-19 written next to it on the POD.

“The uptake has been positive and importantly the service is helping our dealer network drive some sales during these challenging times.” said the company.

If you don’t have a MotoDirect B2B Portal Login, simply contact the sales team on the number / email below and they will arrange it for you.
