Top dealers celebrated at annual awards

The outstanding performances, customer care and service provided by Triumph dealers were recognised at the manufacturer’s annual season-opener conference.

A total of 14 awards were handed out by general manager Paul Lilly. The 50-strong dealer network was assessed on a set criteria of sales performance, marketing and customer satisfaction index.

Lings Norfolk had cause for double celebration as it was awarded the prestigious Dealer of the Year Award while also scooped the prize for Accessories Dealer of the Year.

The winners were:

Top TriStar Performance – Shirlaws of Aberdeen

Most Improved – North – Bill Smith Motors Triumph

Most Improved – South – Plymouth Triumph

Accessory sales – Norfolk Triumph

Clothing sales – Suffolk Triumph

Parts sales (Service Parts) – Bulldog Triumph

Best Mystery Shop – North – Philip Youles Motorcycles

Best Mystery Shop – South – Pure Triumph – Wellingborough

Top Scoring Technician ATA – Destination Triumph Solent

Apprentice of the Year – Hertfordshire Triumph              

CSI Sales of the Year – Staffordshire Triumph

CSI Service of the Year – JS Gedge Triumph

Lilly commented: “It’s always great to recognise the dealers with the annual awards. Each one has made a substantial contribution to Triumph and we would like to congratulate them all for their continued hard work. We have launched some fantastic new products and are looking forward to more success for the Triumph dealer network in 2017.”
