Two wheels better for Marketing Delivery

The car world is very different from the bike world, but there are some areas where two-wheel operations can borrow useful tools from four-wheel businesses – and customer management is a good example. Whether it’s sales, servicing or finance, a lot of the basic functions are the same across cars and bikes: communicating with customers, managing their data, and sorting out mundane admin like MOT dates, servicing bookings, recalls, sales follow-ups and suchlike.

East Sussex-based firm Marketing Delivery claims to be the leading eCRM and social media agency for the UK motor trade, and it’s been expanding into two wheels. It already works with Vines BMW Motorrad and Ducati Vindis Group, and saw a big leap in business and interest during the Covid-19 lockdowns.
