your chance to comment on apprenticeship standards

The NMDA and a group of dealers, manufacturers and training providers have finalised a draft Trailblazer Standard for the new Motorcycle Technician Apprenticeship being developed in time for 2017 to be inline with the introduction of the new employer training levy of 0.5%  of payroll being introduced in April 2017.

This motorcycle employer group has been working on the framework for more than nine months and is on target to place a “standard” in front of the Government for approval this July. The groups proposals are available now for a consultation which ends on 30 June.

Any interested parties from dealerships, manufacturers, educators and the public still have time to view and comment on the Trailblazer Standard at
