Benelli Leoncino 800

Aimed squarely at the already-busy mid-capacity market, the new Leoncino 800 comes in two versions: a modern retro styled naked and a chunky-tyred version with light trail ambitions. Both share the same underpinnings, namely a new 754cc four-stroke twin cylinder engine producing 76hp mated to a six speed gearbox, all housed in a tubular trellis frame with 50mm upside-down forks and twin front disc brakes. The Trail version swaps the standard 17in front wheel for a more off-road friendly spoked 19in version fitted with multi-terrain tyres, has a higher-mounted twin exit exhaust and is fitted with longer travel suspension front and rear.
The Leoncino comes in grey, brown or green colourways for an SRP of £7499 +OTR for the road version, while the Trail is £7799 +OTR.
