Insta360’s flagship actioncam has been given its annual refresh to create the latest X6 version. It now features 8k video recording at up to 50 frames per second for smooth action shots, and the sensors are now bigger, with the twin 1/1.1in Sony sensors more than 30% larger than the ones used in the X5, giving better low-light performance. The X6 also claims to be the first 360-degree camera to feature in-camera Dolby Vision support, giving improved colour and more true-to-life imaging.
The Insta360 X6 comes in a huge variety of bundles including cases, lenses, selfie sticks, mounts and batteries, with prices starting from £619. The Motorcycle Multiview Bundle, which includes a protective lens cap, heavy-duty clamp, long-life battery and selfie stick, has an SRP of £719.
